About the Presenter:

Gregory AHogg-Mr. Hogg joined the Talbert House in June 2011 as a trainer at the Institute of Training and Development. Previously he was at Gateway Recovery Center, Talbert House Adult Services, and the Joseph House. He has 13 years’ experience in the field and has received his LISW­S as well as LCDC III certifications. Mr. Hogg received his master degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and did his undergrad work at St Meinard College. He comes highly recommended as a trainer by Ms. Kelly Pitocco. He has both the educational credentials and experience to bring excellent trainings to the GCTC


About the Workshop:

  • This session explores types of ethical dilemmas encountered by social service workers. Participants will learn strategies to resolve dilemmas through application to cases & scenarios.



  • Participants will identify ethical standards and common ethical violations.
  • Participants will learn and apply ethical models for decision making.
  • Participants will learn core child welfare values underlying ethical decision making.
